If you're not satisfied with your MIRAI subscription or service, please review our refund policy below.

Due to the nature of digital fitness programs, refunds are not guaranteed once a program has been accessed or downloaded.

You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be given for the remaining period of a subscription.

If you used a Buy Now Pay Later service:

Refunds are subject to both Mirai's and the BNPL provider’s refund policies.

We will process any approved refund within 7 business days and notify the BNPL provider accordingly.

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Accidental duplicate charges

Service failure due to technical error on our side

Health or medical exemption with supporting documentation (case-by-case basis)
